Role OverviewAs a Business Development Manager (BDM) – Technical Sales (IT & Cybersecurity), you will be the primary point of contact for clients and the key driver of revenue. Your responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and developing long-term relationships, while offering cybersecurity and IT infrastructure solutions. You will play a vital role in driving sales and ensuring the successful delivery of tailored technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Revenue Generation: Lead the sales cycle from lead generation to closing, driving revenue through technical solutions, especially in cybersecurity and IT infrastructure.
- Solution Proposals: Collaborate with technical teams to identify client needs and craft tailored proposals for cybersecurity (e.g., data protection, network security) and IT infrastructure solutions.
- Business Development: Identify new opportunities, develop strategies to penetrate new markets, and exceed sales targets.
- Negotiation & Contract Management: Negotiate contracts to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Project Oversight: Coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Strong interest in B2B sales with understanding of cybersecurity solutions (firewalls, endpoint protection, data security).
- Ability to identify business opportunities, generate leads, and close deals with enterprise clients.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for presenting technical solutions to decision-makers.
- Proactive approach to sales and account management with a focus on revenue growth.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions.
