  2. Control and monitor all operational activities of sites and projects.
  3. Upgrading and developing sites procedures and team through learning and development.
  4. Responsible for verifying daily site schedule.
  5. Monitor customer complaints and ensure effective resolution while liaising with concerned stakeholders.
  6. Troubleshooting of sites related issues and developing contingency plans accordingly.
  7. Effectively manage Sales Operations expenses.
  8. Responsible for order management, ensuring timely availability of stock at warehouse while coordinating with head office.
  9. Responsible for warehouse management for effective and timely deliveries and stocks.
  10. Responsible for the maintenance and security of Showroom, Store and Warehouse.
  11. Supervise general administration, the housekeeping team, local purchases and store.
  12. Responsible for processing the bill payment of contractors/vendors.
  13. Responsible for training contractors and supervisors.
