Responsibilities
Summary of Job Profile
An individual with a software background with 6-8 years of experience in developing and designing innovative e-business and data analytics solutions. Should also have expertise in integrating AI based COTS solutions, including their evaluation, integration, and optimization.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Software Design and Architecture
  2. Create software/solution design and architecture as per business requirements.
  3. Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, platforms, and tools to implement innovative solutions.
  4. Prepare project proposals against the issued RFP.
  5. Participate and lead software development as per the design.
  6. Expertise in AI based Data Analytics
  7. Evaluate AI-based COTS products for their applicability to business needs.
  8. Deploy, configure and manage AI based COTS solutions.
  9. Develop integration strategies for AI-based COTS solutions.
  10. Project Management
  11. Manage projects from inception to delivery, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
  12. Maintain detailed documentation of the solution design and architecture.
  13. Generation of Innovative Ideas:
  14. Foster a culture of innovation within the organization by generating creative and disruptive ideas.
  15. Develop and maintain a strategic vision for technological innovation aligned with the organization's goals.
  16. Brainstorm and conceptualize new business concepts, products, and services that align with market demands and client needs.
  17. Develop business cases and proposals to pitch innovative ideas to stakeholders and decision-makers.
Requirements

Education, Experience, Licensure, And Certification Required For The Position
  1. Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship, Business Analysis, or a related field. An advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.
  2. 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably technology sector. Fresh graduates with entrepreneurial traits are encouraged to apply.
  3. Proven track record of generating and implementing innovative ideas that have contributed to business growth or transformation.
