Responsibilities
  • Work with the Chief Product Officer (CPO) to organize and lead all Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to all team members in Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and remove any obstacles that may hinder the team's progress and ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Oversee and ensure the timely and quality delivery of projects, meeting business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Act as a liaison between the CPO and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals and progress.
  • Track and communicate team progress, metrics, and KPIs to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Advocate for and implement process improvements to enhance team performance and product quality.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, transparency, and trust within and between teams.
  • Proactively identify and manage risks, ensuring they are mitigated effectively.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in product management.
  • Advanced certifications such as CSP-SM, PSM II, or PMI-ACP preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices, especially Scrum.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
