We're Hiring: Business Development Specialist (LinkedIn Client Acquisition Expert)

Location: Hybrid

At Siglance , we build AI-powered workflow automation that transforms how businesses operate. We're now looking for a Business Developer with a proven track record of client acquisition through LinkedIn to help us scale.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, engage, and close high-value clients via LinkedIn outreach and networking .
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to grow Siglance's presence in AI automation, legal tech, finance, healthcare, logistics and consulting industries .
  • Collaborate with the team to craft personalized pitches and proposals for target clients.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with prospects , turning conversations into long-term partnerships.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize LinkedIn campaigns and connection strategies to meet targets.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition — LinkedIn expertise is a must .
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven success in closing B2B deals, ideally in tech or service-based industries.
  • A self-starter who can work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
  • Basic understanding of AI automation is a must so initial conservations can be initiated
  • Familiarity with AI, automation, or SaaS products is a plus.
