Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and manage high-impact projects while ensuring seamless coordination between teams and clients. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a strong understanding of project management methodologies, excellent communication skills, and a solid technical background to solve challenges and drive project success.

Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from planning to delivery across web, mobile, and enterprise-level applications.
• Resource Management: Efficiently allocate internal and external resources, track utilization, and ensure team productivity and workload balance.
• Client Handling: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients; manage expectations, ensure satisfaction, and build lasting relationships.
• Agile/Scrum Implementation: Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives; promote agile best practices across teams.
• Technical Problem Solving: Collaborate with developers and architects to address roadblocks, evaluate solutions, and ensure technical soundness of project decisions.
• Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, milestones, deliverables, and timelines; manage risks and resolve issues effectively.
• Budget & Time Tracking: Ensure projects stay on budget and deadlines are met; provide status reports to leadership and stakeholders.
• Team Mentorship: Guide junior project managers and team leads, foster a collaborative environment, and encourage professional development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in project management in a tech/digital agency or IT firm.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and hybrid project methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of technical workflows, SDLC, and problem-solving techniques.
• Experience with project management tools like Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or Asana.
• Ability to handle client interactions with confidence, professionalism, and clarity.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certification.
• Background in software development or technical architecture.
• Familiarity with DevOps pipelines and cloud platforms.
• Experience working in product-based and service-based environments.
