We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our SEO, marketing, and design teams, as well as driving digital marketing strategies and campaigns to increase online presence, drive traffic and conversions, and generate revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to meet business objectives, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and other online advertising channels.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute effective campaigns that drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
  • Lead and manage the SEO team to drive traffic and increase organic rankings.
  • Oversee the design team to ensure all digital assets are visually compelling and consistent with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates to optimize campaigns and drive growth.
  • Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting on ROI.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure high-quality deliverables and performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies, and make recommendations for improvements to our digital marketing strategies.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving results.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and other digital marketing channels.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience managing and motivating cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
  • Experience with website design and development is a plus.
