JM Visibility

The purpose of this role is to work with visibility partners and category teams to create sustainable and reusable assets for instore visibility and ensure that all visibility operations are on track.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Track and address field requests for any instore work pertaining to visibility.
2. Maintain a record of asset deployments, lift backs, and re-utilization of assets.
3. Follow the modern trade playbook to bring uniformity in executions across.
4. Manage the end-to-end process of payments to visibility partners.
5. Manage advertising and promotional budgets of all categories and instore activities.
6. Propose and work on cost-effective and scalable branding and merchandising options for uplifting trade visibility.
7. Keep track of ongoing projects and update all stakeholders.
8. Ensure audit compliance from PO raising to payment processing to the vendors.
9. Work on innovative and clutter-breaking visibility solutions with visibility partners.
10. Regularly track competitor activities and create a dynamic reporting system.
11. Prepare customized solutions where required in alignment with channels.
12. Ensure all structure productions and deployments by visibility partners follow safety standards.

Requirements:

Education: BBA / MBA

Experience: 2 - 3 Years
