Job Duty:
Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for Red Hat OpenStackPlatform, focusing on installation, configuration, optimization, andmaintenance of cloud infrastructure.

Serve as an expert in Linux system troubleshooting, configuration, backups, andperformance tuning, with advanced skills in Bash scripting for automation andadministrative tasks.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OpenStack services (e.g., Nova,Neutron, Cinder, Keystone) and their integration with underlying technologiessuch as networking, storage, and hypervisors.

Manage and troubleshoot network products, including CBIS (CloudBandInfrastructure Software), CBAM (CloudBand Application Manager), and AirFramehardware, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues on AirFrame servers andother telecom-related equipment.

Provide expertise in designing, implementing, and testing disaster recovery andbackup strategies for OpenStack environments and cloud workloads.
Collaborate with customers and internal teams to identify root causes, designscalable solutions, and implement fixes, patches, or workarounds whilemaintaining detailed documentation of resolutions and best practices.

Support OpenStack lifecycle management, including upgrades, patching, andperformance tuning.
Stay updated on the latest developments in Red Hat OpenStack, Linux systems,and product advancements to proactively address emerging challenges andimprove customer systems.
Familiar with telecom technologies and their fundamentals, including ETSI NFV(Network Functions Virtualization) standards, RAN (Radio Access Network), andCore Network architectures.
Support telecom cloud implementations, ensuring compliance with ETSI standardsand integrating OpenStack with telecom systems.

Ensure 24/7 availability to address customer support issues and criticalincidents, providing timely and efficient resolution.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure support, Linux system administration,and hardware troubleshooting.
Expert-level proficiency in Linux troubleshooting, configuration, backups, andBash scripting.
Strong hands-on knowledge of CBIS, CBAM, and AirFrame hardware,with proven expertise in troubleshooting and maintaining these systems.
Familiarity with telecom technologies, including ETSI NFV standards, RAN, andCore Network fundamentals.
Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) or equivalent certification is a strong plus.
Solid understanding of networking protocols, virtualization, and OpenStackarchitecture and services.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills to workeffectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
