We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operation Specialist to support our team in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination between sales, operations, and clients by maintaining accurate records, handling documentation, and assisting in the execution of sales processes.

Key Responsibilities: Assist the sales team with order processing, quotations, invoices, and delivery follow-ups Maintain and update sales databases, CRM systems, and customer records Coordinate with logistics, finance, and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for management review Communicate with clients regarding order confirmations, product availability, and delivery timelines Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales-related documents Manage incoming queries and ensure timely resolution or escalation as needed Track and monitor inventory levels relevant to ongoing sales deals Assist in organizing sales meetings, team schedules, and client visits

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM tools is a plus Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a fast-paced sales or customer service environment Knowledge of ERP systems or order management software Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
