Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled React JS Developer with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building responsive and dynamic web applications using React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and related front-end technologies. You will work closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver high-quality user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain high-performance, reusable, and scalable React components.
  • Translate UI/UX designs into responsive and interactive web applications.
  • Optimize components for maximum performance across various devices and browsers.
  • Work with state management libraries like Redux, Context API, or Zustand.
  • Integrate with RESTful APIs and GraphQL for seamless data flow.
  • Write clean, modular, and testable code following best practices.
  • Collaborate with backend developers to ensure smooth API integration.
  • Debug and resolve front-end issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated with the latest React trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in React.js development.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end frameworks.
  • Experience with state management (Redux, Context API, etc.).
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of React Hooks, Functional Components, and React Router.
  • Experience with UI libraries like Material-UI, Ant Design, or Tailwind CSS.
  • Understanding of front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn).
  • Basic knowledge of Git version control and Agile methodologies.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills (Bonus):
  • Experience with Next.js or TypeScript.
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Understanding of backend technologies (Node.js, Express) is a plus.
