Who Are We Looking For?

Mobiz is looking for a talented and passionate Junior Full-Stack Developer who thrives in building modern, scalable web applications using technologies like Node, React, Express, Next, etc. Experience with ORM tools and Microsoft Azure is a plus. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of both front-end and back-end development, with experience in creating dynamic user interfaces and REST APIs, optimizing server-side logic, and working with databases.

Candidate should be problem solver, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, collaborate well with teams, and continuously learn new technologies. If you enjoy tackling complex challenges and building high-performance applications, we'd love to have you on board

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Next.js, React, and Node.js, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
  • Design, build, and optimize APIs (REST/GraphQL) and integrate them with frontend applications.
  • Implement authentication and security best practices, including OAuth, JWT, and Azure EntraID.
  • Deploy and manage applications on Azure, utilizing services like App Services, Functions.
  • Optimize frontend performance through code splitting, lazy loading, caching strategies, and SSR/ISR techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality features.
  • Ensure code quality and maintainability through best practices, automated testing, and peer code reviews.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot application issues, leveraging Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and logging tools.
  • Stay up to date with emerging web technologies, frameworks, and best practices to improve development processes.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in professional full-stack development
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
  • Working knowledge of Windows office systems

Frontend Development:
  • Next.js (Latest version) – SSR, SSG, ISR, API routes
  • React.js – Hooks, Context API, Server Components, State Management (Zustand, Redux, Recoil)
  • TypeScript – Strongly typed JavaScript for maintainability
  • Tailwind CSS / Styled Components / shadcn – Modern UI styling techniques
  • Component-Driven Development – Storybook, Design Systems, shadcn UI components
  • Performance Optimization – Lazy loading, code splitting, hydration strategies, caching

Backend Development
  • Node.js & Express.js – REST APIs, middleware, microservices architecture
  • Serverless & Edge Functions – Next.js API routes, Azure Functions, Vercel Edge Functions
  • Authentication & Authorization – OAuth, JWT, NextAuth.js, Azure AD
  • Database Management – PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL, Firebase Firestore
  • ORMs & Query Builders – Prisma, TypeORM, Drizzle ORM
  • GraphQL (Highly Desirable) – Apollo Client/Server, Relay, urq

Azure & DevOps
  • Azure App Services, Azure Functions – Cloud deployment & management
  • Containerization & Orchestration – Docker, Kubernetes (AKS)
  • CI/CD – GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, automated deployments
  • Monitoring & Logging – Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics

Version Control & Collaboration:
  • GitHub (Latest Features) – Branching strategies, Actions, Dependabot
  • Code Review & Collaboration – Pull requests, GitHub Discussions, Code Quality Enforcement
  • Agile Development & Scrum – Jira, Azure Boards, Sprint Planning

Highly Desirable Skills
  • AI & LLM Integrations – OpenAI API, LangChain
  • WebSockets & Real-time Features – SignalR, Socket.io, Pusher
  • Testing & Quality Assurance – Jest, Cypress, Playwright, React Testing Library
