The QA Specialist will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of quality across all products—from design to final delivery. This includes monitoring production, identifying defects, and ensuring every garment reflects our brand's reputation for excellence.

Role Overview

The QA Specialist will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of quality across all products—from design to final delivery. This includes monitoring production, identifying defects, and ensuring every garment reflects our brand's reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and approve finished bridal and luxury garments before shipment.
  • Monitor stitching, embellishment, embroidery, fabric quality, and finishing.
  • Identify and document quality issues, and work closely with the production team to resolve them.
  • Conduct quality checks at various production stages (cutting, stitching, finishing).
  • Ensure each order matches the approved sample/specification.
  • Provide feedback and suggest improvements in design, production, or materials.
  • Maintain quality control records and prepare inspection reports.
  • Ensure timely reporting of faults and delays to relevant departments.
  • Train tailors/workers on quality standards when needed.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in quality control or production within the fashion or bridal industry.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially with embroidery, fabric handling, and garment finishing.
  • Understanding of luxury and couture production standards.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with garment specs and technical sheets is a plus.
