1. Amazon PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Campaign Management:

  • Develop and manage effective Amazon PPC campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword research to build high-performing campaigns that drive relevant traffic to product listings.
  • Create detailed performance reports to track campaign effectiveness, analyze trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Test and implement different ad formats and strategies to improve conversion rates and increase sales.

2. FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) Operations:

  • Manage inventory levels in Amazon FBA to ensure products are in stock and available for Prime customers.
  • Set up and manage FBA shipments, including labeling and packaging requirements.
  • Work closely with the operations team to address any issues with shipping, receiving, or returns in FBA.
  • Ensure compliance with Amazon's FBA policies and best practices.
  • Handle product performance issues (stranded inventory, removal requests, and returns).

3. FMB (Fulfillment Model and Business Strategy) Management:

  • Develop a comprehensive fulfillment strategy to maximize product availability while minimizing shipping and storage costs.
  • Analyze sales data to determine the optimal fulfillment model for various product categories and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Create and manage pricing strategies based on fulfillment models, customer demand, and competitive analysis.

4. Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Create actionable insights from data to improve product visibility, sales performance, and advertising strategies.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports for upper management.

5. Product Listing Optimization:

  • Ensure product listings are fully optimized, including title, bullet points, description, and images, to maximize conversion rates.
  • Conduct regular audits of product listings to ensure they meet Amazon's standards and rank well in search results.
  • Work closely with the content and creative team to develop compelling product images and descriptions.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing Amazon PPC campaigns and achieving measurable results.
  • Expertise in FBA operations, inventory management, and fulfillment strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and generate insights.
  • Deep understanding of Amazon's algorithm, SEO, and A9 ranking factors.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience managing Amazon Brand Stores, Sponsored Brands, and Display Ads.
  • Familiarity with Amazon's international marketplaces.
  • Experience in managing Amazon FBA and FBM operations simultaneously.
  • Understanding of product pricing strategies and their impact on Amazon sales.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, with at least 2 years focused on Amazon-specific marketing and operations.
