As a Full-Time Graphic Designer/Video Editor at CrumbsX, you'll be instrumental in transforming ideas into visually compelling designs and videos. Your role will span from crafting captivating marketing collateral to producing engaging video content, all while enhancing the brand's identity. Responsibilities
  • Craft visually stunning and impactful designs for digital campaigns and print media, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Create a wide range of visual assets, including business logos, social media graphics, digital illustrations, and video content.
  • Edit and produce high-quality videos, utilizing tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Blender.
  • Develop creative concepts based on data, customer insights, brand strategy, and industry trends.
  • Research the brand and prepare a comprehensive plan, concept, and layout for graphic and video projects.
  • Collaborate with other departments to fully understand project requirements, goals, and deadlines.
  • Stay updated on current design and video editing trends and incorporate them into your work.
  • Review and proof all creative outputs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Video Editing, or a related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency or related environment.
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer/Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing both digital media and video content.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design and video editing software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), and Blender.
  • Experience with 3D video creation is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
