OctaMD is a dynamic and fast-growing company specializing in medical billing services. We are expanding our sales team and are currently hiring Mid-Level and Senior Sales Representatives to drive business growth and strengthen client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Engage with potential clients to schedule appointments and pitch our services.
  2. Qualify leads by identifying needs and collecting relevant information during initial contact.
  3. Maintain and manage accurate records of customer interactions, lead status, and appointments using CRM tools.
  4. Consistently meet or exceed appointment-setting and sales targets.
  5. Provide strategic input on sales campaigns and assist in developing new sales approaches (Senior role).
  6. Mentor and support junior sales staff where needed (Senior role).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. 1.5 to 5+ years of proven experience in sales, appointment setting, or a customer-facing role, preferably in the healthcare or medical billing industry.
  2. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. A strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  4. Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  5. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  6. Leadership experience or mentoring skills are a plus (for Senior role).
