Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice & guidance on skilled migration routes
- Review and validate client documentation before submission
- Advise on updates to immigration laws and policy changes across countries
- Assist in appeals, refusals, or complex case resolutions
- Ensure all processes are in compliance with international and local regulations
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Licensed immigration lawyer or registered migration agent (RCIC, MARA, or equivalent)
- Proven experience with student immigration matters, especially for Canada and Australia
- Strong understanding of visa subclasses, documentation, and compliance
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
