About Us: Brisk is a leading denim brand focused on providing high-quality, stylish, and well-fitted jeans for young individuals aged 15-20. We are committed to ensuring superior comfort, fit, and style by applying precise size grading and fit evaluations tailored to the US market.

Job Summary: We are seeking a Denim Size Grading & Fit Specialist to develop accurate size grading across various junior girls denim fits, including but not limited to Wide Leg, Balloon Fit, and other trending silhouettes. The ideal candidate will also conduct fit sessions to ensure that each style drapes perfectly and aligns with the brand's fit standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement size grading based on USA standard grading rules for junior girls denim (ages 17-23).
  2. Work on different fits such as Wide Leg, Balloon Fit, Straight, and more, ensuring consistent size scaling.
  3. Conduct live fit sessions with fit models to assess fit, comfort, and drape.
  4. Analyze fit session data and adjust patterns to enhance garment structure and overall wearability.
  5. Collaborate with the design and production teams to refine measurements and fit specifications.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in denim pattern-making, size grading, and fit analysis, preferably within the junior denim category.
  2. Strong understanding of USA grading rules and technical specifications for denim garments.
  3. Experience conducting fit sessions and making necessary pattern alterations.
  4. Proficiency in pattern software such as Gerber, Optitex, or CLO3D is a plus.
