Role Overview:
As a Senior Graphic Designer at SIRP, you'll lead the visual design efforts across brand, product, and marketing. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams—product managers, marketers, engineers, and security experts—to create cohesive and compelling visual experiences that elevate our brand and simplify complex cybersecurity concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain SIRP's visual identity across all touchpoints, including product UI, marketing assets, website, and sales materials.
  • Design high-quality visuals for digital campaigns, social media, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and presentations.
  • Collaborate closely with the product and UI/UX teams to ensure visual consistency and usability within the platform.
  • Translate technical cybersecurity content into engaging infographics, iconography, and visual explanations.
  • Lead and mentor junior designers, providing feedback and design direction.
  • Own the creation and evolution of a scalable design system and brand guidelines.
  • Stay updated with design trends, particularly in B2B SaaS and cybersecurity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other design tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital design, branding, and visual storytelling.
  • A deep understanding of design systems, typography, layout, and color theory.
  • Experience collaborating across product, marketing, and engineering teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity or a strong willingness to learn industry-specific design challenges.
