As a Content Editor / Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of all content produced by our team. You will lead and guide a group of content writers, ensuring that they adhere to best practices, meet deadlines, and contribute to our innovative digital marketing strategies. Your leadership will be crucial in shaping content that resonates with audiences and drives results.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of content writers, providing feedback and ensuring their growth and development.

Oversee the planning, creation, and editing of content for digital marketing campaigns, blogs, websites, and social media platforms.

Develop and implement editorial guidelines and best practices to maintain consistency across all content produced.

Collaborate with other departments, such as design and SEO, to create content that aligns with overall brand strategy and marketing goals.

Proofread and edit content to ensure it is error-free, engaging, and aligned with the company's tone and style.

Track and analyze content performance to continuously improve and refine strategies.

Stay updated on industry trends, SEO strategies, and content marketing best practices to keep the team competitive.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Content Editor, Lead Writer, or similar role, with 3+ years of experience in content creation and editing.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and manage a team of content writers.

Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.

In-depth knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital marketing strategies.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
