Role Overview

We're seeking a Figma/Product Designer to own the end-to-end design of our digital products. You'll collaborate with product managers and developers to transform complex flows into intuitive experiences and accessible interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Figma Design Expertise: Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and pixel-perfect mockups using Figma (auto-layout, components, libraries).
  • UX Research: Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to guide design.
  • Design Systems: Maintain a consistent, scalable design system across web and mobile.
  • Flow Optimization: Analyze and refine user flows to improve usability and performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to align design with business and tech goals.
  • Handoff & Documentation: Provide clear specs and support developers for smooth implementation.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with UI/UX trends, fintech design, and accessibility standards.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of UI/UX or product design experience (fintech/SaaS preferred).
  • Deep expertise in Figma—prototyping, design systems, and collaboration.
  • Proven UX research experience (testing, interviews, analysis).
  • Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility (WCAG).
  • Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in fintech, tax, or accounting platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/React.
  • Proficiency in Notion, Jira, Slack, or Lark.
