We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the marketing department in executing campaigns, creating content, conducting market research, and managing digital platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to grow in the marketing field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends and competitor activities
  • Manage and update the company's website and social media platforms
  • Draft marketing content including blog posts, newsletters, brochures, and promotional materials
  • Support event planning and coordination for trade shows, product launches, and company events
  • Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance using analytics tools
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns and CRM management
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely campaign delivery
  • Maintain and organize the marketing database and asset library

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a marketing or communications role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and social media platforms
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Enthusiastic team player with a creative mindset

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot)
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and other marketing tools
  • Understanding of content creation and basic graphic design principles
