Job Summary

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer with a minimum of 4 years of experience to join our high-performance engineering team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping and maintaining scalable, secure, and efficient infrastructure for our cloud-based services. You'll work closely with development teams to streamline deployment pipelines, ensure system reliability, and drive infrastructure automation initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure primarily on AWS
  • Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes
  • Keen focus on monitoring and troubleshooting infrastructure and application performance issues using industry-standard tools
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to support seamless application releases
  • Implement and enforce infrastructure security best practices and compliance requirements
  • Write and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation
  • Manage container orchestration platforms, particularly Kubernetes and Docker
  • Maintain high availability and disaster recovery strategies across environments
  • Drive cost optimization efforts and conduct regular infrastructure reviews
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing across teams
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in a DevOps role
  • Strong expertise with AWS (or other cloud providers like GCP or Azure)
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python , Bash , or Go
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins , GitLab CI , or CircleCI
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments
  • Solid understanding of Terraform , CloudFormation , or other IaC tools
  • Familiarity with Git-based workflows and version control best practices
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus , Grafana , or Datadog
  • Familiarity with configuration management tools like Ansible , Chef , or Puppet
  • Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or CKA/CKAD
  • Experience with security and compliance standards such as SOC2 or ISO 27001
