Role Overview:

We're hiring enthusiastic fresh BBA graduates to join as Software Deployment Interns. You'll work closely with clients to deploy our ERP/SaaS platforms, conduct product demonstrations, and ensure successful adoption. This role is ideal for those passionate about blending client management, technology, and problem-solving to launch their career in the SaaS industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Software Deployment: Manage end-to-end implementation of ERP/SaaS solutions for new clients.
  • Product Demos: Conduct engaging live demonstrations tailored to client needs, showcasing software features and benefits.
  • Client Training: Train users on platform functionality and provide ongoing technical support.
  • Pre-Sales Support: Assist the sales team by demonstrating software capabilities to potential clients.
  • Feedback & Improvement: Relay client insights to the product team to refine user experience.
  • Documentation: Develop easy-to-follow guides and FAQs for clients.

What We're Looking For:

  • Recent graduate with a BBA degree (specialization in Operations, IT Management, Supply Chain, or Finance is a plus).
  • Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Quick learner with a problem-solving attitude and interest in SaaS/ERP systems.
  • Basic tech proficiency (experience with CRM, ERP, or similar platforms is a bonus).
  • Organized, proactive, and driven to deliver exceptional client experiences.
