Position Overview:

We are seeking a bold, creative, and conversion-focused Creative Strategist / Ad Copywriter to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who lives at the intersection of creativity and performance—a storyteller who can craft compelling hooks, headlines, and scripts that stop the scroll and drive high-intent leads.

You will collaborate closely with designers, video editors, and media buyers to develop and iterate on ad campaigns that perform across Meta and Google platforms. Your understanding of conversion psychology and digital marketing trends will directly impact campaign success.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and pitch original ad concepts, scripts, and copy for Meta and Google campaigns.
  2. Conduct in-depth research on market trends, user behavior, and competitor strategies.
  3. Collaborate with designers and video editors to bring creative concepts to life.
  4. Lead weekly A/B tests of hooks, visuals, headlines, and CTAs to improve campaign results.
  5. Maintain organized swipe files and creative test documentation.
  6. Review ad performance with media buyers to refine and scale high-performing creatives.
Job Type and Location:
  • Full-time
  • Location: Rawalpindi Gpo (Preferred) | Work in person
  • Ability to commute/relocate: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work
  • Willingness to work onsite during night shift (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM)
Experience and Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in digital copywriting, ad creation, or creative strategy.
  • Strong grasp of direct-response marketing and online consumer psychology.
  • Proven ability to write compelling headlines, ad copy, and scripts that convert.
  • Experience working alongside media buyers and creative teams.
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms.
  • Excellent communication, research, and collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to work onsite during night shift (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM).
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with data-driven creative testing and knowledge of performance marketing and lead generation funnels.
  • Familiarity with AI writing tools like Copy .AI, Jasper, or similar.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
