Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop scalable, high-performance Android applications

Apply and promote architecture best practices (MVVM, Clean Architecture, Jetpack Compose)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure user-centric product delivery

Optimize performance and memory usage across multiple device types

Lead Android team efforts, mentor developers, and conduct code reviews

Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing strategies

Ensure security, privacy compliance, and adherence to Google Play standards

Stay abreast of industry trends and drive innovation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

8+ years of Android development experience, with 3+ years in an architect/lead role

Advanced proficiency in Kotlin and/or Java

Strong command of Android SDK, Jetpack libraries, coroutines, and asynchronous programming

Experience with Jetpack Compose, LiveData, Room, and Navigation

Skilled in API integration (RESTful, GraphQL) and third-party SDKs

Proficiency with Android Studio, debugging tools, Git, and testing frameworks (e.g., Espresso)

Agile/Scrum experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Background in fintech, stock market, or real-time applications

Familiarity with Firebase, AWS, or similar cloud services

CI/CD tools experience (Bitrise, Jenkins, Fastlane)

Exposure to cross-platform frameworks (Flutter, React Native)

Basic understanding of containerization and DevOps practices
