We are looking for a Senior MERN Stack Software Engineer with 7 years of experience to join our innovative team.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement software solutions.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Maintain and improve existing applications, ensuring high-quality code.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications for optimal performance.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in web development.

Job Specification: - Proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
