Role Overview

Ruby Suleiman is hiring Fashion/Textile Designers to join our Rawalpindi/Islamabad head office / creative hub. Our factory premises and operations are Lahore based. You'll work on original, embroidery-rich, and print-driven womenswear collections across ready-to-wear, luxury pret, and lawn. This is a flexible role designed to attract passionate designers at different stages of their careers.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, conceptualise, and develop culturally rich, commercially viable collections.

• Design embroidery layouts, motif maps, panel structures, and silhouettes (stitched & unstitched).

• Build seasonal stories and mood boards focusing on fabric fall, finishing, and product identity.

• Collaborate with the Lahore studio and in-house sampling/production teams to take designs from sketch to final product.

• Keep track of regional and global fashion trends, contributing fresh ideas to brand development.

Ideal Profile

• Strong eye for embroidery composition, textile design, and eastern silhouettes.

• Experience in stitched 3-piece outfits, festive/lawn, or luxury pret collections.

• Creativity in motif storytelling, floral mapping, neckline detailing, and silhouette balance.

• Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working to multiple design calendars.

• Bachelor's/diploma in Fashion or Textile Design (or equivalent).

• At least 1 year of experience in fashion/textile design with a portfolio of completed work.

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop (or similar).

• Strong hand-sketching and presentation ability.
