Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Expert with a strong track record of ranking websites in global markets, particularly in the MENA region and Pakistan. The ideal candidate will develop and execute SEO strategies that drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and enhance digital visibility. This role requires expertise in on-page , off-page , and technical SEO, along with the ability to advise on/manage website content, UI/UX improvements, and troubleshooting.

You will work closely with developers and designers to enhance website performance, ensuring it remains SEO-friendly, user-friendly, and secure. Regular fortnightly progress reporting with data-driven insights will be required.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute SEO strategies to achieve high rankings in global and regional search engines, with a focus on MENA and Pakistan.

Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization to improve search performance.

Implement on-page and technical SEO improvements, including meta tags, structured data, internal linking, and mobile optimization.

Monitor and troubleshoot website issues, coordinating with developers for fixes.

Work with designers and developers to improve website UI/UX for better engagement and conversions.

Ensure website security, regular backups, and maintenance to prevent downtime and security breaches.

Implement effective link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and organic reach.

Utilize SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog) to track performance and generate actionable insights.

Stay ahead of algorithm updates and industry trends to adapt SEO strategies accordingly.

Collaborate with content creators to integrate SEO best practices across all digital platforms.

Manage and update website content, ensuring accuracy and relevance for SEO and user engagement.

Provide fortnightly progress reports with data-driven insights, highlighting performance improvements, challenges, and next steps.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 5 - 7 years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of ranking websites in international markets, especially MENA and Pakistan.

Strong expertise in Google Search algorithms, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and technical SEO.

Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.

Solid experience in content optimization, keyword research, and competitor analysis.

Experience in website security, maintenance, and troubleshooting is a plus.

Basic knowledge of graphic design or UI/UX principles to collaborate effectively with designers.

Understanding of AI-driven SEO strategies, programmatic SEO, and multilingual SEO is a plus.

Highly results-oriented, with the ability to set aggressive targets and deliver measurable improvements.

Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Excellent communication and reporting skills for regular performance updates with senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications in SEO, Google Analytics, or related fields.

Experience with international SEO strategies, including multilingual content and geo-targeting.

Knowledge of paid search (Google Ads, PPC) and social media optimization is a plus.
