We're looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our external marketing efforts and internal brand communications. This is a key role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to shape how companies show up, both in the market and within their teams.

What We're Looking for:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation
  • Plan and manage campaigns across digital platforms including social, email, website, and paid media
  • Create and oversee high-performing content strategies, from landing pages and blogs to email flows and social posts
  • Collaborate closely with product, sales, and creative teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging
  • Analyze performance data to optimize campaigns and ensure ROI
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform positioning
  • Build and maintain partnerships with media outlets, influencers, and other key channels
  • Ensure brand messaging is consistent across all touchpoints
  • Lead internal marketing efforts, including team communications, internal newsletters, culture initiatives, and employer branding
  • Help align internal stakeholders with external brand vision and strategy

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a leadership or cross-functional role
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, paid social, email, and content marketing)
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)
  • A data-driven mindset with proven ability to optimize based on insights
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and adapting quickly
  • Bonus: Experience marketing SaaS products, working in tech/startups, or managing internal comms/employer branding
