We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth for our hospitality business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel sales, client relationship management, and the ability to lead and inspire a team to exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve hotel occupancy and revenue goals
  • Identify new business opportunities in corporate, government, and leisure sectors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agents, and event planners
  • Lead the sales team, set targets, and monitor performance
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, monthly reports, and market trend analysis
  • Represent the hotel at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities
  • Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to enhance guest experience and brand visibility
  • Ensure all sales activities are aligned with brand standards and business objectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • Proven experience (3–5 years minimum) in hotel or hospitality sales
  • Strong knowledge of local and regional hospitality market trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team
  • Proficient in MS Office and hotel PMS/CRM software
  • Strong presentation and proposal writing skills

Preferred:

  • Existing client base in corporate and event markets
  • Experience in luxury or boutique hotel segments
