BScN with 0-2 years of experience or Diploma with 1-4 years of experience in Cardiac Surgery or related fields will be preferred.

Job Description

1. Hand over and take over incoming/outgoing shift information related to patients, including patient files, medication charts, investigation reports, and intake/output charts.
2. Provide direct patient care throughout the shift in a calm, courteous, and tactful manner.
3. Ensure quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards, measuring health outcomes against patient care goals, and making necessary adjustments.
4. Resolve patient problems and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies.
5. Prepare medication requisitions and administer medications.
6. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
7. Protect patients and staff by adhering to infection control policies, medication administration procedures, and controlled substance regulations.
8. Assist doctors and consultants during rounds and record instructions accurately.
