Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Architectural Design Manager to join our Lahore office. This role involves managing the full lifecycle of architectural design for large-scale developments—from conceptual planning through design coordination and construction documentation.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding internal and external teams to ensure design integrity, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery. This is a senior-level role requiring collaboration with international consultants and cross-disciplinary project teams.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee design management across all project phases, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.

Coordinate between architectural, interior design, structural, and MEP consultants to develop integrated design solutions.

Provide critical review of architectural designs to ensure quality, functionality, compliance, and aesthetic standards.

Lead the development of construction documentation, ensuring precision and code compliance.

Collaborate with BIM engineers to create fully coordinated 3D models and construction drawings.

Guide international design consultants on Pakistan's local building codes and municipal bylaws.

Facilitate design workshops and client presentations, maintaining strong communication channels with stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements

Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.

Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural design and design management, including on large-scale or international projects.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design tools.

Strong knowledge of Interior Design principles.

Proven project management capabilities and ability to meet deadlines across multi-disciplinary teams.

Exceptional communication skills, especially when interacting with international design firms and consultants.

In-depth understanding of Pakistan's building codes and zoning bylaws in various cities.
