Job Opening: Business Development Executive (Full-Time)
Location: Islamabad (On-site)
Salary: PKR 50,000 – 100,000/month + uncapped performance bonuses

9Xero Digital is hiring a Business Development Executive who lives and breathes sales, understands the power of lead funnels, and knows how to work a CRM like a pro.

What We're Looking For:
- 1–2 years of solid experience in sales or business development
- Strong understanding of lead generation, sales funnels, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
- BBA/related degree in business, marketing, or communications (preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Passion for tech, digital marketing, and growth
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and hit targets
What You'll Do:
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads across digital channels
- Drive new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle
- Keep the CRM updated with accurate pipelines, notes, and follow-ups
- Collaborate with internal teams to propose winning digital solutions
- Hit monthly/quarterly sales goals with energy and consistency
- Represent 9Xero confidently — online and in person
