Key Responsibilities

  • Developresponsive, mobile-first UIsusingHTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and SCSS.
  • Structure and maintainSCSS architecturewith clear file organization, reusable components, and naming conventions (BEM, SMACSS, OOCSS).
  • Ensurecross-browser and cross-device compatibilityfor consistent UI experiences.
  • Writeclean, scalable, and maintainable stylesheetsthat support large applications.
  • Optimize CSS/SCSS forperformance, accessibility (WCAG), and scalability.
  • Collaborate with backend developers forsmooth API integrations.
  • Debug and refactor existing CSS/SCSS to improve maintainability.
  • Contribute toUI component librariesand enforcecoding standards.
  • Stay up to date withlatest front-end best practicesand introduce improvements.
  • Support junior developers throughguidance and code reviews.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 6+ yearsof professional experience in frontend development.
  • Strong expertise inHTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and SCSS.
  • Deep understanding ofresponsive designandmobile-first development.
  • Hands-on experience withCSS methodologies(BEM, SMACSS, OOCSS).
  • Proficient inSCSS organization(partials, mixins, variables, functions).
  • Strong debugging andcross-browser testing skills.
  • Familiarity withbuild tools(Webpack, Vite, Gulp) andversion control (Git).
  • Knowledge ofperformance optimizationtechniques for UI.
  • Good collaboration skills with backend teams and QA.
  • (Nice to have) Exposure tomodern frameworks(Vue, React, Angular) for UI integration.
