Role Overview:

We're seeking a strategic and innovative Product Manager to lead the development of our KYC enabled solutions, including our digital identity hub, wallet, card, and escrow services. If you're passionate about transforming how identity verification works in both centralised and decentralized ecosystems, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the product roadmap for Astra's KYC and digital identity solutions, aligning with company vision and market needs

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, compliance, and marketing to define requirements and drive product development

• Develop comprehensive product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new features and enhancements

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the blockchain compliance space

• Gather and prioritise user feedback through direct engagement, analytics, and usability testing

• Oversee the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring on-time delivery

• Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, secure, and compliant user experiences

• Partner with compliance and legal teams to ensure all solutions meet regulatory requirements across various jurisdictions

• Define and track key product metrics to measure success and inform future development decisions

• Collaborate with marketing to develop positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies

• Represent the voice of the customer throughout the development process

• Stay current on blockchain technology, digital identity standards, and regulatory developments

Required Experience:

• 4+ years of product management experience

• Demonstrated success launching and scaling complex digital products

• Track record of collaborating effectively with engineering, design, and business teams

• Experience translating complex technical and regulatory concepts into user-friendly products

Required Technical Knowledge:

• Solid understanding of blockchain technologies, particularly Layer-2 solutions and smart contract functionality

• Familiarity with identity verification systems, biometric authentication, and document validation

• Knowledge of regulation and digital assets

• Experience with agile development methodologies and product lifecycle management

• Understanding of API integrations and micro-services architecture

• Familiarity with data analytics and product measurement tools

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AI/ML implementations, particularly in fraud detection or document processing

• Knowledge of decentralized finance (DeFi) ecosystems and compliance challenges
