We're looking for a 3d Artist who should have proficiency in 3ds Max, Maya, Blender, ZBrush, and relevant software is crucial. Assess portfolio quality: Evaluate the artist's portfolio for creativity, technical expertise, and relevance to your project needs. Focus on communication and collaboration: Hire artists who can effectively communicate, collaborate with teams, and adapt to project requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Create 3D models, textures, and other assets for [mention specific projects or project types, e.g., characters, environments, props].
    • Collaborate with art directors, designers, and other artists to ensure assets meet project requirements and artistic vision.
    • Utilize industry-standard software such as 3ds Max, Maya, Blender, ZBrush, Substance Painter, and others.
    • Follow established pipelines and workflows to ensure efficient asset production.
    • Assist senior artists with tasks as needed and contribute to team discussions.
    • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies.
      • 1-3 years of professional experience in 3D art production.
      • Strong portfolio demonstrating a solid understanding of 3D modeling, texturing, and other relevant skills.
      • Proficiency in at least one 3D modeling software (3ds Max, Maya, Blender).
      • Experience with texturing software (Substance Painter, Photoshop).
      • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
      • Ability to work effectively within deadlines and as part of a team.
      • Passion for 3D art and a strong desire to learn and grow.
      • Essential: At least one of 3ds Max, Maya, or Blender.
      • Desirable: ZBrush, Substance Painter, Houdini, Cinema 4D.

Technical Skills:

  • Modeling: High-poly and low-poly modeling, topology optimization, UV unwrapping, texturing.
  • Animation: Rigging, skinning, character animation, dynamics.
  • Rendering: Lighting, shading, materials, rendering techniques (e.g., ray tracing, global illumination).
  • Creativity: Strong artistic vision and the ability to bring creative concepts to life.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Clear communication and the ability to work effectively with other artists and team members.
  • Problem-Solving: Creative problem-solving skills to overcome technical challenges.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulousness in creating high-quality assets.
  • Time Management: Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload effectively.
