Job Description:

Hashtag Ventures is seeking a highly skilled and experiencedSEO Specialistto join our team in Faisalabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing our online presence, improving search engine rankings, and driving organic traffic. The SEO Specialist should have a deep understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research to optimize website content and identify growth opportunities.
  • Perform on-page and off-page SEO optimization, including meta tags, headings, and internal linking.
  • Analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor SEO strategies to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Develop link-building strategies and collaborate with content teams for high-quality backlinks.
  • Optimize website speed, mobile responsiveness, and technical SEO aspects.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
  • Work closely with developers and marketing teams to ensure SEO-friendly website structures.
  • Prepare SEO performance reports and suggest improvements for better rankings.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role (minimum 2 years).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Analytics, and Search Console.
  • Experience with technical SEO, including site structure, schema markup, and crawlability.
  • Hands-on experience in content optimization and link-building strategies.
  • Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for SEO improvements.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
