MTO Marketing

MTO – Marketing will support the marketing team in executing digital campaigns, managing social media, assisting e-commerce operations, and coordinating merchandising activities. This role offers foundational exposure to core marketing functions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing digital and social media campaigns
• Support content creation for social media, website, and marketing material
• Update product listings and assist in basic e-commerce tasks
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for timely execution of campaigns
• Support merchandising setups and promotional activities
• Prepare basic performance reports and assist with marketing operations

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience/internship preferred
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and content creation
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms and MS Office/Google Workspace
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a collaborative team setting
