We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate Web Developer to join our web development team. This is an entry-level position ideal for recent graduates or junior developers who want to apply their skills in a practical environment. You will work closely with senior developers to build, maintain, and improve websites and web applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in designing and developing responsive websites and web applications
  • Convert UI/UX designs (Figma, PSD, etc.) into functional front-end code
  • Maintain and update existing websites (WordPress, custom CMS, etc.)
  • Collaborate with team members in troubleshooting and debugging code
  • Follow established coding standards and contribute clean, maintainable code
  • Conduct cross-browser and device testing to ensure consistent performance
  • Participate in team meetings, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions
Required Skills:
  • Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
  • Familiarity with responsive design and frameworks like Bootstrap
  • Understanding of WordPress or other CMS platforms
  • Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills (Optional):
  • Exposure to Git or other version control tools
  • Basic knowledge of PHP, MySQL, or other backend languages
  • Experience with any front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue) is a plus
  • Portfolio or GitHub profile showing previous work
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field
  • Internship, freelance, or academic project experience preferred
