Position: Plant Manager

Reporting to: Managing Director

Qualification requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of wind turbine technologies and control systems, CMS, EBOP equipment, SCADA systems, and grid systems.
• Experience of plant management from owner side and also from O&M contractor side.
• Familiarity with industry standards (e.g. IEC, IEEE, GWO, ANSI / NETA MTS ATS, CIGRE, ASTM, NFPA, AGMA, OSHA, etc.) and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in cyber security, ERP e.g. SAP, networking, communication protocols, CMS and HSEQ compliances.

Job summary:

1. Responsible for the overall technical leadership, strategic oversight, and operational excellence of large wind power plants. This person will supervise and provide technical guidance to the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) contractors team, ensuring optimal plant performance, regulatory compliance, and sustainable operations.
2. The ideal candidate should be a dynamic leader with a proven track record in technical operations, stakeholder management, and driving operational excellence in the wind energy sector. Ready to perform duties as deemed appropriate by the Top Management.
