Local Traders is a leading P2P crypto exchange dedicated to providing secure, fast, and user-friendly trading experiences for crypto users globally. We are seeking an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer with strong skills in product design and social media content creation to lead and elevate our visual identity across platforms.

Responsibilities :

  • Design and refine intuitive user interfaces for our web-based P2P crypto platform.
  • Take ownership of end-to-end UX flows, wireframes, and prototypes for new and existing features.
  • Design high-impact visuals for social media (Twitter, Telegram, etc.), including product announcements, educational posts, and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and development teams to ensure brand consistency and seamless user experience.
  • Build and maintain a scalable design system and UI component library.
  • Conduct user research, A/B testing, and usability analysis to drive design decisions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design for web platforms, ideally in fintech, crypto, or Web3.
  • Proven experience designing branded visual content for social media and community engagement.
  • Expert in tools like Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects (or equivalents).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both UI/UX work and content design for digital platforms.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design, design systems, and user-centered design principles.
  • Ability to balance aesthetic excellence with functional clarity.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Self-driven with the ability to manage tasks independently in a remote startup environment.

Bonus if you have:

  • Experience in crypto/P2P exchanges, trading apps, or blockchain-related UI work.
