Role Overview

Paklogics is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Expert / Data Scraper to identify and extract high-converting design and development leads from platforms like Bark and Upwork. This role is ideal for someone with a strong grasp of online freelancing ecosystems, data filtering techniques, and lead qualification strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scrape and compile targeted leads from Bark and Upwork for design, development, and digital service projects.
  • Apply filters, keywords, and tools (manual or automated) to identify high-potential opportunities.
  • Maintain, organize, and update leads in shared Google Sheets or a CRM system.
  • Tag, categorize, and prioritize leads based on urgency and relevance.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to ensure timely follow-ups and proposal submissions.
  • Deliver daily or weekly reports outlining new leads and relevant lead insights.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in lead scraping, data extraction, or online research.
  • Strong working knowledge of Upwork, Bark, or similar freelancing platforms.
  • Ability to analyze project requirements and qualify leads in design, development, and tech services.
  • Familiarity with digital agency workflows and the basics of software development.
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Competency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel for tracking and managing lead data.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
