April and June Digital Private Limited is a Germany-based software house & digital marketing company that started operations back in 2009 in Berlin, Germany, and in 2010 in Lahore, Pakistan.

We are actively seeking a Senior Software Quality Assurance Automation Engineer with at least 5 years of experience in QA, with a recent couple of years in automation.

Roles and Responsibilities of Automation Test Engineer:

  1. Selection or identification of test cases for automation from existing test case documentation.
  2. Hands-on experience in testing web apps and CMS projects.
  3. Automation specialization of 2-3 years in Selenium WebDriver and Grid.
  4. Applying Designing and Test Automation Strategy Document.
  5. Creating an automation test plan and getting approval.
  6. Configure Selenium Test Environment for setup (ex: Java, Selenium WebDriver, and TestNG, etc.).
  7. Participation in Selenium Environmental Setup with IDE.
  8. Automation framework design and implementation according to the project structure.
  9. Creating, enhancing, debugging, and running test cases.
  10. Handling changes and conducting regression tests.
  11. Finding solutions for issues related to object identity and error handling.
  12. Coordination of the members of the test team and the development team to solve issues.
  13. Interaction with client-side personnel to solve problems and update the situation.
  14. Create a software defect tracking report for the entire project release status to stakeholders.
  15. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  16. Ability to train other resources.
  17. Strong communication and team skills to coordinate activities between stakeholder groups.
