About the role:

We're hiring a visionary yet hands-on CTO to lead our technology roadmap across infrastructure, DevOps, cybersecurity, AI, and business intelligence. You'll build the core IT engine that powers our game and app development teams, helping us scale smarter, faster, and more securely.

This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for someone with deep tech experience, a builder's mindset, and a passion for gaming and innovation.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the design and execution of our IT and technology strategy aligned with business goals
  • Build and scale core functions: Infrastructure, DevOps, Cybersecurity, BI, and AI
  • Standardize architecture and tools (CI/CD, cloud-native, microservices, version control)
  • Oversee secure infrastructure, LiveOps tooling, automation systems, and compliance (e.g., ISO 27001)
  • Manage tech vendors and outsourced partners for QA, backend, and support tools
  • Drive AI integration, BI dashboards, and support data-driven decision-making across teams
  • Collaborate with game/app divisions to align production pipelines and performance tooling

What You Bring:

  • 10+ years in tech, including 3+ in leadership (CTO/VP/Director)
  • Experience in gaming or mobile app product environments
  • Strong knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), game pipelines
  • Exposure to Unity/Unreal, Git/Perforce, AI tools, BI dashboards
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution and team-building strengths
