About the Role: Communication Expert (PPS-9)

As a Communication Expert, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing communication content, coordinating with stakeholders, and supporting government projects related to SDGs.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and experience in content writing, reporting, and effective project communication.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation and Reporting
  • Develop and manage content for various platforms, including articles, reports, website content, and project documentation.
  • Ensure all written content aligns with project goals and government standards.
Stakeholder Coordination and Engagement
  • Work collaboratively with government agencies and key stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and project updates.
  • Facilitate discussions and build strong relationships to support project objectives.
Data Management and Visualization
  • Use Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools to present project data effectively.
  • Maintain and design project management dashboards for accurate reporting and decision-making.
  • Assist in crafting strategies to support government communication objectives, particularly in promoting SDG initiatives.
  • Provide support in presentations, public relations activities, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
Qualifications and Experience RequiredEducational Background

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

Experience and Skills
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in content writing, reporting, and communication roles.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data visualization tools.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing communication tasks within government or development sectors is highly preferred.
Preferred Skills
  • Proficiency in project management dashboards.
  • Solid understanding of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and related initiatives.
