Overview
  • Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with the production of products.
  • Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
  • Review activity reports and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
  • Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members, organization officials, and staff members as necessary.
  • Monitor businesses and agencies to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed services while staying within budgetary limits.
  • Oversee activities directly related to making products or providing services.
  • Manage the movement of goods into and out of production facilities.
  • Manage the external production process of instruments
  • Supervise and coordinate with all the departments of the company for effective & efficient performance
  • Discuss with the Chief Executive any major points, flaws, discrepancies and take corrective and preventive action.
  • Carry out any other assignment assigned by the Chief Executive
  • Assist the Chief Executive in managing the company's administration
Job Specification

Minimum 10 years Production Experience in Surgical Field. administration and management: Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.

Computer Literacy: Sufficient knowledge about operating the basic software e.g. MS Office Internet & E-mail.

Language proficiency: Good command on English reading, writing, speaking and listening.

Law and Government: Knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, agency rules.

Production and Processing: Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.

Judgment and Decision Making: Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one. Monitoring: Monitoring/Assessing performance of yourself, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action.

Speaking: Talking to others to convey information effectively.

Problem Sensitivity: The ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely
