Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Social Media Expert who brings more than just content posting to the table. The ideal candidate will possess advanced communication skills and a thorough understanding of social media dynamics, digital culture, and audience psychology. This role requires leading the development and execution of innovative, data-driven social media strategies that foster brand loyalty, boost engagement, and drive conversions. You will collaborate closely with the team to maintain consistent brand messaging across various platforms while staying ahead of industry trends and algorithm changes. The ideal candidate also has hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop to drive sales and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging channels.
  • Collaborate with influencers and creators to drive TikTok Shop conversions.
  • Manage social media calendars to ensure timely and consistent posting aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand voice.
  • Lead community management by responding to comments, direct messages, and brand mentions with empathy, authenticity, and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with team to integrate social content into broader marketing initiatives.
  • Use analytic tools to monitor performance, track key metrics like engagement, reach, and conversions, and provide actionable insights.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, cultural moments, and algorithm changes, adjusting strategies to maximize impact.
Required Qualifications
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling captions, scripts, and brand storytelling content.
  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for consumer brands
  • Hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop is a must.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok algorithms, trends, and ad formats.
  • Deep understanding of social media algorithms, audience behavior, cultural relevance, and platform-specific strategies.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing previous campaigns, reels, TikTok content, and growth strategies.
  • Proficiency with analytic tools such as Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, and Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with paid social media advertising and influencer marketing.
  • Ability to work independently, think creatively, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
