ThinkTest Technologies is a dynamic software development company specializing in web and mobile applications. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Software Quality Analyst to join our team. Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements and design test cases.
- Execute test cases and report defects, ensuring they are tracked and resolved.
- Perform manual testing and, if applicable, assist in the creation and maintenance of automated test scripts.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure software stability after changes.
- Participate in the review of project documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in the development and improvement of quality assurance processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
- Communicate test progress and results to stakeholders.
- Identify areas for process improvement and suggest solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Software Quality Analyst or in a similar role. Newbies are also welcome to apply.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices.
- Familiarity with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
