The Dynamics 365 ERP Presale Consultant will play a key role in driving our business globally. This position involves working closely with potential clients to understand their business needs and demonstrating how Dynamics 365 ERP solutions can effectively address these needs. The ideal candidate will also be involved in initial service delivery, ensuring a seamless integration of our solutions into client operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with potential clients to understand their business processes and identify how Dynamics 365 ERP solutions can add value.
  2. Conduct detailed needs analysis and present tailored demonstrations of Dynamics 365 functionalities.
  3. Collaborate with sales teams to develop compelling proposals that meet client requirements.
  4. Provide expert knowledge of Dynamics 365 ERP, particularly in the retail sector, to guide clients towards optimal solutions.
  5. Participate in initial project implementations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  6. Stay abreast of the latest Dynamics 365 features and industry trends to provide insightful consultancy.
  7. Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process.

Qualifications:

  1. At least 10 years of experience implementing tier 1 ERP and/or doing presale consulting, especially Dynamics 365.
  2. Strong understanding of retail industry operations and challenges.
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with an ability to engage effectively with a variety of stakeholders (middle management as well as senior management).
  4. Ability to work independently in a new market setup, with a willingness to take on service delivery roles in the initial stages.
  5. Fluency in English is mandatory.
